①加热温度（熨平板地板温度120度为宜）；

②熨平板的平整度（底板连接不平整，底板表面不平整）；

③夯锤的速度（夯锤速度过低，出现坑洞；过高，表面起台）；

应对办法：
Countermeasures:
作业前检查熨平板底板是否平整，底板是否粘连杂物，及时清理和调整；

在加热温度达到要求后，再进行摊铺工作；
Paving shall be carried out after the heating temperature reaches the requirements;
在料斗、刮板仓、螺旋处喷洒柴油，防止产生油斑；
Spray diesel oil at hopper, scraper bin and screw to prevent oil stain;
正确设定夯锤与摊铺速度，螺旋的高度以高过摊铺面的两倍高度为宜；

正确安装找平仪（或平衡梁探头高度与连线的位置）；
Correctly install the leveling instrument (or the position of the balance beam probe height and connecting line);
时刻注意观察参照物是否准确；
Always observe whether the reference object is accurate;
当路基平整度落差过大时，应提前垫料处理。
When the drop of subgrade flatness is too large, padding treatment shall be carried out in advance.
