沥青混凝土路面现场热再生施工工艺

沥青路面的老化主要是其沥青中轻质组分减少，石料的少量损失，沥青路面就地热再生通过添加再生剂调节旧沥青路面中老化沥青的化学组分，来恢复老化沥青的性能，同时补充少量新拌沥青混合料来调整原有沥青混合料级配，以达到沥青路面再生效果。

依据所使用的工艺可将现场热再生细分为三种，即耙松整形再生、重铺再生和复拌再生。

1、耙松整形再生：先用加热设备把沥青路面烤热软化，然后用设备本身自带的耙松装置将路面耙松整形，同时添加再生剂，然后用压路机碾实 。

2、重铺再生：先用加热设备把沥青路面烤热软化，接着铣刨旧沥青层，不同的是将铣刨下来的沥青料直接进行摊铺，紧接着在其上面再摊铺一层新的沥青混合料，然后用压路机碾实。

3、复拌再生：先用加热设备把沥青路面烤热软化，再用铣刨机铣刨旧沥青层，然后按一定比例添加再生剂再添加用来调整集配的新料，搅拌后将混合料收集排放到摊铺机上进行摊铺，用压路机碾实。
