1、试运行前的准备工作：确认电路已接通，电缆松紧适度；确认油箱已按规定加注液压油；对连接部位的销轴、油缸部位结合面相互摩擦的地方涂上润滑脂。
1. Preparations before commissioning: confirm that the circuit is connected and the cable is moderately tight; Confirm that the oil tank has been filled with hydraulic oil as required; Apply lubricating grease on the joint surface of the pin shaft and the oil cylinder at the connecting part where they rub against each other.
2、试运行：启动行走系统察看机器行驶是否正常，转向系统是否灵活，再启动输送系统运转是否正常。其次启动挖掘部分，察看伸展臂是否正常，伸展臂转动是否灵活。

组装的注意事项

1、组装各连接螺栓时，应检查防松垫圈是否齐全以及松紧程度是否符合要求。

2、液压系统的接头部分必须擦拭干净，不得有灰尘和杂质进入。同时检查密封圈是否齐全或损坏，所有管路应按原始位置理顺固定好。

3、整机安装完毕后应仔细检查各部件管件、辅件等，是否安装正确稳妥。

4、电气部件安装要有专人担任。进入接线盒的电缆直径要与橡皮垫的孔径相符，压紧接线头应保证橡皮垫与电缆间和橡皮垫与接线盒无间隙，否则将失去隔爆性能。
