塑胶跑道沥青基础技术要求介绍

胶跑道沥青砼基础必须符合体育设施验收标准、《沥青路面施工及验收规范》（GB50092）和塑胶层施工工艺技术要求：

1.基底采用8-12吨压路机碾压数遍。压实度应大于95%，碾压后表面无轮迹印，不得出现松软、弹簧等现象。

上面层为30mm厚AC-10细粒式沥青混凝土；下面层为50mm厚AC-20中粗粒式沥青混凝土。

4.沥青面层验收标准：

（1）压实度大于97%、平整度（3米直尺）误差小于13mm。

（2）表面整洁，粘结牢固，不得有碾压车轮印记、裂纹、蜂窝麻面、油包及油污。

5.塑胶跑道横向坡度不大于0.8%、纵向坡度不大于0.1%；塑胶球场排水坡度宜为0.3%。
