装载机油压力过低的11个原因

装载机在工作过程中,如果机油的压力低于0.2MPa(或随发动机转速变化而忽高忽低),应立即停机查找原因,待排除故障后方可继续工作,否则会酿成烧瓦、拉缸等重大机械事故。现将机油压力过低的主要原因介绍如下。
During the operation of the loader, if the oil pressure is lower than 0.2MPa (or rises and falls with the change of engine speed), stop the machine immediately to find out the cause, and continue to work after troubleshooting, otherwise major mechanical accidents such as Bush burning and cylinder pulling will occur. The main reasons for low oil pressure are introduced as follows.
(1)机油油量不足
(1) Insufficient oil
若机油油量不足,会使机油泵的泵油量减少,导致机油压力下降,加剧曲轴与轴承、缸套与活塞的磨损。
If the oil quantity is insufficient, the oil quantity of the oil pump will be reduced, resulting in the decrease of the oil pressure, which will aggravate the wear of the crankshaft and bearings, cylinder liners and pistons.
(2)发动机温度过高
(2) Engine temperature too high
若发动机温度过高,不但加速机油老化、变质,也容易使机油变稀,导致油压下降。
If the engine temperature is too high, it will not only accelerate the aging and deterioration of the oil, but also easily dilute the oil, resulting in a drop in oil pressure.
(3)机油泵停转或泵油量不足

机油泵的驱动齿轮与驱动轴的固定销断裂或配合键脱落,以及机油泵吸入异物而将泵油齿轮卡住,都会使机油泵停止运转,机油压力也随之降为0。当机油泵泵轴与衬套之间的间隙、齿轮端面与泵盖的间隙、齿侧间隙或径向间隙因磨损而超过允许值时,都会导致泵油量减少,造成机油压力下降的后果。

(4)曲轴与连杆轴承配合间隙过大

发动机长期使用后,曲轴与连杆轴承的配合间隙会逐渐增大,机油压力也随着下降。

(5)机油滤油器堵塞
(5) Blocked oil filter
当机油因滤油器堵塞而不能流通时,设在滤油器底座上的阀就被顶开,机油便不经过滤而直接进入主油道。如果阀的开启压力调得过高,滤油器被堵塞时,阀就不能及时打开,于是机油泵压力升高,内漏增加,主油道供油量减少,引起油压下降。
When the oil cannot flow due to the blockage of the oil filter, the safety valve on the base of the oil filter is pushed open, and the oil will enter the main oil passage directly without filtration. If the opening pressure of the safety valve is adjusted too high, the safety valve cannot be opened in time when the oil filter is blocked, so the pressure of the oil pump increases, the internal leakage increases, and the oil supply of the main oil passage decreases, causing the oil pressure to drop.
(6)回油阀损坏或失灵
(6) The oil return valve is damaged or out of order
若回油阀弹簧疲劳软化或调整不当,阀座与的配合面磨损或被脏物卡住而关闭不严时,回油量便明显增加,主油道的油压也会随之下降。
If the spring of the oil return valve is fatigued and softened or improperly adjusted, and the mating surface of the valve seat and is worn or stuck by dirt and cannot be closed tightly, the oil return volume will increase significantly, and the oil pressure of the main oil passage will also decrease.
(7)机油散热器或管路漏油
(7) Oil leakage from oil radiator or pipeline
机油散热器及管路漏油,会使油压下降。管路若被脏物堵塞,也会因阻力增大而使油的流量减少、油压下降。
The oil radiator and pipeline leak oil, which will reduce the oil pressure. If the pipeline is blocked by dirt, the oil flow will decrease and the oil pressure will decrease due to the increase of resistance.
(8)油压传感器失灵或油管堵塞
(8) Oil pressure sensor failure or oil pipe blockage
若油压传感器失灵,或由主油道油压传感器的油管因污垢积聚而流通不畅时,油压表将显示机油压力下降。
If the oil pressure sensor fails, or the oil pipe from the main oil passage to the oil pressure sensor is blocked due to dirt accumulation, the oil pressure gauge will show that the oil pressure drops.
(9)吸油盘堵塞
(9) Oil suction cup blocked
机油若过脏、过黏,就容易堵塞吸油盘。当发动机小油门低速运转时,机油泵吸油量不大,主油道尚能建立起一定的压力,油压会正常;但当加大油门高速运转时,机油泵的吸油量会因吸盘阻力过大而明显减少,进而造成机油压力表的显示值下降。
If the oil is too dirty and sticky, it is easy to block the oil suction pan. When the engine runs at a low speed with a small throttle, the oil pump does not absorb much oil, and a certain pressure can be established in the main oil passage, and the oil pressure will be normal; However, when the throttle is increased and the engine operates at a high speed, the oil suction capacity of the oil pump will be significantly reduced due to excessive suction cup resistance, resulting in a decrease in the displayed value of the oil pressure gauge.
(10)机油牌号不对或质量不合格
(10) Wrong brand or unqualified quality of engine oil
不同型号的发动机须添加不同的机油,同种机型在不同的季节也应采用不同牌号的机油。如果机油牌号不对,发动机运转时会因机油黏度太低而加大泄漏量,从而使油压降低。
Different types of engine oil must be added, and the same type of engine oil should also use different brands in different seasons. If the oil grade is wrong, the leakage will be increased due to the low viscosity of the oil when the engine is running, thus reducing the oil pressure.
(11)调压阀设定压力偏低
