挖掘机的液压泵多为变量柱塞泵，工作一定时间以后，泵内部零件不可避免的产生磨损，造成内漏，各参数数据不协调，导致流量不足、油温过高，速度缓慢，不能建立起高压，所以动作缓慢无力。对于这类问题须卸下液压泵进行数据测量，确认问题所在，更换不能继续使用的配件，或修复可以继续使用的配件，重新组装后上校验台调试，匹配各回路参数(压力、流量、功率及变量等)。
