一、沥青面层离析

1、 Segregation of asphalt surface

1、混合料集料公称大粒径与铺筑面层厚度之间比例不匹配；

1. The proportion between the nominal large particle size of the aggregate and the thickness of the paving surface layer is not matched;

2、沥青混合料级配不佳；

2. Poor gradation of asphalt mixture;

3、混合料拌和不均匀，装卸、运输、摊铺过程中发生离析；

4、摊铺机工作状态不佳。

1、适当选择小一级集料公称大粒径的沥青混合料，以与面层厚度相适应。

2、适当调整生产配合比矿料级配，使稍粗集料接近级配范围上限，较细集料接近级配范围下限；

3、运料装料时应少分三次装料，避免形成一个锥体使粗料滚落锥底；
