防水沥青材料的种类讲解四种

1、冷底子油
1. Cold base oil
冷底子油常用语防水层的底层，采用喷涂或刷图的施工方法。一般要在基面完全的干燥了之后再进行施工，涂层要求也必须要薄而均匀，不留有空白。若找平层的表面过于的粗糙，那么应先涂刷一道快挥发性冷底子油，待干燥之后再刷第二层的冷底子油。两道冷底子油在间隔时间一般为4~6h左右，用手指请按冷底子油表面不留痕迹即可。

具有一定的防水性和防腐性。由于沥青本身性能的限制，乳化沥青防水涂料的使用寿命短，康烈性、低温柔性和耐热性等性能较差，适用于防水等级为亚、IV级的工业与民用建筑屋面、厕浴间防水层和地下的一个防潮、防腐涂层的施工，是廉价低档的防水涂料。因此，乳化沥青防水涂料的生产及应用正逐渐减少。

3、石灰乳化沥青防水涂料

以沥青为基料，配以石灰有为分散剂，石棉绒为埴充料加工而成的一种冷沥青悬乳液。用石灰乳化沥青铺抹在基层以后，由于水分蒸发，悬浮体的内部结构重新分布，分散极细的沥青颗粒、石灰和石棉绒互相挤靠包裹，沥青凝结成膜，石灰一般在沥青当中都会形成非常均匀的一种蜂窝状的骨架，而成为耐热性高，抗老化性好的防水层。具有耐候、耐温性能好，能在潮湿基面上施工，与基层的粘结性能都比较好，、无污染，施工简单方便等优点，被广泛使用与地下室、卫生间厨房、屋面、公路、桥梁等防水工程。
