沥青料现代道路工程的基石特点介绍

在现代交通基础设施建设中,沥青料作为核心的路面胶结材料,直接决定了道路的平整度、耐久性、行车舒适性以及使用寿命。从本质上讲,沥青是一种由不同分子量的碳氢化合物及其非金属衍生物组成的黑褐色复杂混合物,具有优良的防水防潮和防腐性能。按照来源划分,主要包括石油沥青、煤焦沥青和天然沥青,其中在公路建设中应用最为广泛的是原油蒸馏后的残渣——石油沥青。

In modern transportation infrastructure construction, asphalt material, as the core pavement bonding material, directly determines the smoothness, durability, driving comfort, and service life of the road. Essentially, asphalt is a black brown complex mixture composed of hydrocarbons of different molecular weights and their non-metallic derivatives, with excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, and anti-corrosion properties. According to their sources, they mainly include petroleum asphalt, coal tar asphalt, and natural asphalt. Among them, the most widely used in highway construction is the residue of crude oil distillation - petroleum asphalt.

然而,在实际工程中,我们常说的“沥青料”通常指的是沥青混合料。这是一种将矿料(粗骨料、细骨料及矿粉)与沥青结合料按特定比例拌和而成的复合材料。根据结构设计与施工工艺的不同,沥青混合料可划分为多种类型以满足多样化的路况需求。例如,常规的AC型沥青混凝土适用于城镇次干道;而SMA(沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料)通过添加纤维稳定剂,形成了抗变形能力强、耐久性极佳的间断骨架结构,被广泛应用于高速公路和快速路的主面层。此外,为了应对极端气候,近年来还研发出了高性能防冰融雪沥青混合料等新型材料。同时,针对重载交通和温度变化带来的车辙与开裂问题,业内广泛采用改性沥青混合料,通过掺加高分子聚合物或橡胶粉等外加剂,显著提升了路面在高温抗车辙和低温抗开裂方面的综合性能。

However, in practical engineering, what we often refer to as "asphalt material" usually refers to asphalt mixture. This is a composite material made by mixing mineral materials (coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and mineral powder) with asphalt binder in a specific ratio. According to different structural designs and construction techniques, asphalt mixtures can be divided into various types to meet diverse road conditions. For example, conventional AC type asphalt concrete is suitable for urban secondary roads; SMA (asphalt mastic crushed stone mixture) forms a discontinuous skeleton structure with strong deformation resistance and excellent durability by adding fiber stabilizers, and is widely used in the main surface layer of highways and expressways. In addition, in order to cope with extreme weather conditions, new materials such as high-performance anti icing and snow melting asphalt mixtures have been developed in recent years. At the same time, in response to the problems of rutting and cracking caused by heavy traffic and temperature changes, modified asphalt mixtures are widely used in the industry. By adding additives such as polymer or rubber powder, the comprehensive performance of the road surface in high-temperature rutting resistance and low-temperature cracking resistance is significantly improved.

随着国家对绿色低碳循环发展的重视,沥青料行业正经历着深刻的技术变革与环保转型。一方面,再生沥青技术的应用成为主流,通过将废旧路面材料回收并重新利用,不仅大幅减少了建筑垃圾和废气排放,还能使高速公路的沥青路面材料循环利用率达到95%以上。另一方面,温拌沥青技术的推广有效降低了生产过程中的能耗与碳排放。展望未来,沥青料的发展将更加聚焦于智能化管控与新材料研发,通过信息化体系动态监控从生产到成品检测的全流程,持续推动我国道路交通建设向更加安全、耐久、绿色的方向迈进。

With the country's emphasis on green, low-carbon and circular development, the asphalt industry is undergoing profound technological changes and environmental transformation. On the one hand, the application of recycled asphalt technology has become mainstream. By recycling and reusing waste pavement materials, it not only significantly reduces construction waste and exhaust emissions, but also achieves a recycling rate of over 95% for asphalt pavement materials on highways. On the other hand, the promotion of warm mix asphalt technology has effectively reduced energy consumption and carbon emissions in the production process. Looking ahead to the future, the development of asphalt materials will focus more on intelligent control and new material research and development.
