很多道路交工才一两个采暖季，沥青表面就冒出一条条反射裂缝。刨开一看，不是面层不行，是底下那层水泥稳定碎石先干了、缩了、松了。

水泥不是越多越牢。剂量太低扛不住重载，太高水化热和干缩一起上来，横向裂缝比钢筋还密。市政和园区路一般把水泥控制在3%到5%，主干道、重车区也很少超过5.5%。想提强度，先调级配、换石子，别靠加水泥硬顶。

The more cement, the stronger it is. The dosage is too low to withstand heavy loads, too high hydration heat and shrinkage come together, and transverse cracks are denser than steel bars. Municipal and park roads generally control cement at 3% to 5%, and main roads and heavy vehicle areas rarely exceed 5.5%. If you want to increase the strength, first adjust the grading and replace the stones, don't rely on adding cement to the hard top.

级配才是骨架。单档碎石堆不出板体，建议粗中细三到四档掺配，非常大粒径不超31.5mm，0.075mm以下粉料压到5%左右。粗料搭骨架、细料填缝、水泥浆裹面，三者缺一就离析起尘。

Grading is the backbone. A single level crushed stone pile cannot leave the board, and must be mixed in three to four levels of coarse, medium, and fine. The maximum particle size should not exceed 31.5mm, and powder materials below 0.075mm should be compressed to about 5%. Coarse material skeleton, fine material joint filling, and cement slurry coating, if one of the three is missing, it will separate and cause dust.

含水率多一度少一度都翻车。非常佳含水量是靠击实试验啃出来的，不是老师傅手一捏定。夏天运距远，出厂可以比非常佳值高0.5到1个百分点补蒸发；雨天别傻乎乎照单加水，到现场变“弹簧土”，压路机一过全是涟漪。

Whether the moisture content is high or low, it will overturn. The optimal moisture content is determined by the compaction test, not by a master craftsman's hand. In summer, the transportation distance is long, and the factory can compensate for evaporation by 0.5 to 1 percentage point higher than the optimal value; On rainy days, don't foolishly follow the instructions and add water. When you go to the site, it will become "spring soil" and the roller will ripple all over.

时间链比价格重要。从加水拌和到终压结束，尽量压在2到3小时以内，高温大风天再往前缩。料车在路上多堵半小时，水泥初凝了，你再怎么振压都是散沙。

Time chain is more important than price. From adding water and mixing to the end of final pressure, try to keep the pressure within 2 to 3 hours, and then move forward on hot and windy days. The material truck was stuck on the road for half an hour, and the cement had just set. No matter how hard you tried to shake and press it, it was still loose sand.

突出别乱序。先轻静压稳边，再重振压到98%压实度（重型击实标准），非常后胶轮收面消轮迹。压完当场灌砂测密实度，别等7天后再后悔。

Crush without disorder. First, gently press the edge to stabilize it, then re press it to a compaction degree of 98% (heavy compaction standard), and finally use the rubber wheel to close the surface and eliminate wheel marks. After compaction, pour sand on the spot to measure the compactness. Don't regret it after 7 days.

养生是防裂命门。突出完2小时内盖土工布或洒水，7天里表面一直湿润，交通全封。很多人省这一步，几天后裂缝能画直尺。

Health preservation is the key to preventing cracking. Cover with geotextile or sprinkle water within 2 hours after compaction, keep the surface moist for 7 days, and completely seal off traffic. Many people skip this step and in a few days, cracks can be traced with a ruler.

收货时顺手做三件事：看料车篷布有没有盖、抓一把握团落地自然散开才算含水合格、留一小袋封样备查。配合比报告、7天无侧限抗压强度、钻芯完整度，这三样拿不出来，再便宜的料也别签收。

When receiving goods, there are three things to do: check if the tarpaulin of the material truck is covered, grab it and make sure it falls naturally before it is considered to have qualified moisture content, and keep a small bag of sealed samples for future reference. The mix proportion report, 7-day unconfined compressive strength, and core integrity cannot be obtained, and even the cheapest materials should not be signed for.
