很多甲方验收时盯着平整度看，觉得镜子面一样亮就算过关。结果过完一个夏天，路口转弯处开始拥包、井盖周边裂成蜘蛛网。面层只是“皮肤”，真正扛车的是从路基到面层这一整条结构链。

Many clients focus on the flatness during inspection, thinking that if the mirror surface is equally bright, it is considered qualified. As a result, after a summer, the corners of the road began to be crowded and spider webs began to crack around the manhole covers. The surface layer is just the 'skin', the real driver is the entire structural chain from the roadbed to the surface layer.

先按荷载挑面层，别全路一刀切：

First, select the surface layer according to the load, and do not apply a one size fits all approach to the entire road

小区、厂区、园区支路：车少速低，普通AC-13细粒式足够，性价比非常高。

Residential areas, factory areas, and park branches: With fewer vehicles and lower speeds, the ordinary AC-13 fine-grained type is sufficient and offers the highest cost-effectiveness.

市政主干道、公交站台、货车进出频繁的大门区：直接上SBS改性AC-16或AC-20，高温抗车辙和低温抗裂都比普通料强一截，交叉口非常好加一层玻纤格栅防反射裂缝。

Municipal main roads, bus stops, and entrance areas with frequent truck traffic: Directly use SBS modified AC-16 or AC-20, which has stronger high-temperature rutting resistance and low-temperature crack resistance than ordinary materials. It is best to add a layer of fiberglass grille at intersections to prevent reflective cracks.

重载货场、物流园区：下面层用AC-25粗粒式打底，上面层再用改性细粒式，别拿薄面层硬扛重车。

Heavy load freight yard and logistics park: Use AC-25 coarse grain as the base layer for the lower layer, and use modified fine grain for the upper layer. Do not use thin surface layers to carry heavy vehicles.

现场非常容易翻车的四个节点：

The four nodes on site that are most prone to overturning:

第一，基层含水率没降下来就铺。水稳层要养护到位、钻芯能取出完整柱状再上沥青，不然水汽顶上来，面层鼓包是迟早的事。

Firstly, lay before the moisture content at the grassroots level drops. The water stable layer needs to be properly maintained, and the drill core should be able to extract the complete column shape before applying asphalt. Otherwise, if water vapor rises, the surface layer will bulge sooner or later.

第二，粘层油偷懒不喷或喷成线状。每层之间建议均匀洒布乳化沥青粘层，用量大约0.3~0.5kg/㎡，冷接缝还要多刷一道，不然两层皮各走各的。

Secondly, the adhesive layer oil is lazy and not sprayed or sprayed in a linear pattern. Emulsified asphalt adhesive layer must be evenly sprayed between each layer, with a dosage of approximately 0.3~0.5kg/m2. An additional layer should be applied to the cold joint, otherwise the two layers of skin will go their separate ways.

第三，温度链断在中间。出厂料温、到场温度、摊铺温度、初压温度建议全程有人测。普通料摊铺低于145℃、复压低于120℃还硬压，压实度永远到不了96%，后期松散坑槽跑不掉。

Thirdly, the temperature chain is broken in the middle. The factory material temperature, arrival temperature, paving temperature, and initial pressure temperature must be measured by someone throughout the entire process. Ordinary materials are spread at temperatures below 145 ℃ and compacted hard at temperatures below 120 ℃. The compaction degree can never reach 96%, and loose pits cannot be removed in the later stage.

第四，井盖和路缘石周边用脚踩夯实代替压路机。这些边角建议换小型振动夯补压，井圈用高标号混凝土加固，否则第一波重车过来，井盖沉降、四周放射裂。

Fourthly, the manhole cover and curbstone should be compacted with feet instead of rollers. These corners must be replaced with small vibration compactors for compaction, and the well ring must be reinforced with high-grade concrete, otherwise the first wave of heavy vehicles will come, causing the well cover to settle and radiating cracks around.

验收别只看眼睛，带三样东西去现场：

Don't just look at your eyes for acceptance, bring three things to the site:

3米直尺贴面，间隙超5毫米当场返工；

3 meters straight edge veneer, with a gap exceeding 5 millimeters, rework on site;

钻芯取样看厚度和层间粘结，每2000㎡至少一点；

Drill core samples to check thickness and interlayer bonding, at least one point per 2000 square meters;

核子密度仪或取芯测压实度，主干道不低于96%，小区路不低于95%。

The compaction degree shall be measured by nuclear density meter or core sampling, with a minimum of 96% for main roads and 95% for small roads.

把“基层干透再上、层间粘牢、温度链不断、边角补夯”这四句钉在施工交底里，同样一车料，别人用五年你用八年。

Nail the four sentences of "dry the grassroots before going up, firmly bond between layers, keep the temperature chain constant, and compact the edges and corners" into the construction briefing. With the same amount of material, others use it for five years, but you use it for eight years.
