市政道路、小区路面、公路维修，修完没多久就出现裂缝、坑槽、沉陷，很多人第一反应是施工质量不行。其实问题往往出在更前端——材料配比和拌合质量。路面能不能扛住重载和冻融，材料是地基。

The maintenance of municipal roads, residential road surfaces, and highways often leads to cracks, potholes, and subsidence shortly after completion. Many people's first reaction is that the construction quality is poor. In fact, the problem often lies at the forefront - material ratio and mixing quality. Can the road surface withstand heavy loads and freeze-thaw cycles? The material used is the foundation.

一、水稳料配比决定基层强度

1、 The water stable material ratio determines the strength of the base layer

水泥稳定碎石是路面基层的主力材料。水泥用量低了强度不够，高了容易干缩开裂。级配碎石的比例也要合理，粗骨料太多空隙大，细料太多容易起浆。拌合站要能准确计量、均匀搅拌，含水率控制得当，运到现场才能摊铺压实。配比不是凭经验估的，要根据道路等级和荷载做设计。

Cement stabilized crushed stone is the main material for pavement base. Low cement dosage may result in insufficient strength, while high cement dosage may lead to drying shrinkage and cracking. The proportion of graded crushed stone should also be reasonable. Too much coarse aggregate has large gaps, and too much fine aggregate is prone to slurry formation. The mixing station should be able to accurately measure and mix uniformly, with proper control of moisture content, and only after being transported to the site can it be spread and compacted. The ratio is not estimated based on experience, but should be designed according to the road grade and load.

二、沥青料温度是关键

沥青混合料出厂温度、到场温度、摊铺温度、突出温度，每个环节都有窗口期。温度低了压实度不够，高了沥青老化。运输距离远、等候时间长，料温就掉下来了。拌合站离工地近、保温措施到位，才能保证到场温度合格。改性沥青对温度更敏感，要求更高。

The factory temperature, arrival temperature, paving temperature, and rolling temperature of asphalt mixture have window periods at each stage. Low temperature leads to insufficient compaction and high asphalt aging. The transportation distance is long and the waiting time is long, causing the material temperature to drop. The mixing station must be close to the construction site and have adequate insulation measures in place to ensure that the on-site temperature is qualified. Modified asphalt is more sensitive to temperature and has higher requirements.

三、乳化沥青用于粘层和封层

乳化沥青在路面施工中用于粘层油、透层油和封层。粘层油让新旧路面结合牢固，封层用于预防性养护。乳化沥青破乳速度、洒布量要匹配施工节奏，洒多了泛油，洒少了粘不牢。

Emulsified asphalt is used in road construction as a binder oil, prime coat oil, and seal coat. The adhesive layer oil ensures a strong bond between the old and new road surfaces, while the sealing layer is used for preventive maintenance. The speed and amount of emulsified asphalt emulsion breaking should match the construction rhythm. If it is sprayed too much, it will bleed, and if it is sprayed too little, it will not stick firmly.

四、材料供应影响工期

路面施工往往集中在晴好天气，材料供应跟不上就得停工等料。本地有拌合站、运距短、产能足，才能保证连续摊铺。水稳和沥青料都有时效性，不能囤，供应链能力直接决定工期。

Road construction often focuses on sunny weather, and if material supply cannot keep up, work will have to be stopped waiting for materials. Local mixing stations, short transportation distances, and sufficient production capacity are necessary to ensure continuous paving. Both water stability and asphalt materials have timeliness and cannot be stored. The supply chain capacity directly determines the construction period.

五、选供应商看资质和配套

5、 Choose a supplier based on their qualifications and supporting facilities

一看有没有自己的拌合站和检测设备，材料质量能不能自控；二看有没有施工资质和经验，材料和施工相结合的团队责任更清晰；三看产能和运距，能不能满足项目节奏。路面材料是隐蔽工程的一部分，材料稳，路才稳。

Check if you have your own mixing station and testing equipment, and if you can control the quality of the materials; Secondly, check if there are construction qualifications and experience, as the team responsibility for integrating materials and construction is clearer; Check the production capacity and transportation distance three times to see if they can meet the project pace.
