Don't throw the blame on the materials at the construction site: transport without tarpaulin, the temperature drops by 20 ℃ in half an hour; The paving machine's ironing board is not preheated and separates at the beginning; If the steel wheel is not sprayed with water mist control and the rubber wheel is not wiped with isolation agent, the good material will be invalidated.

真省钱的算法不是“吨价非常低”，而是：单价×返修率+封路误工成本。小区路面、厂区通道、市政养护这种场景，料稳、温稳、级配对，比砍下5块钱一吨实在得多。

The algorithm that truly saves money is not "lowest price per ton", but: unit price x repair rate+cost of road closure and delay.
