沥青砼施工全流程:拌和→运输→摊铺→突出→接缝!

沥青砼路面施工,不是“铺上去、压平了”那么简单。拌和、运输、摊铺、突出、接缝处理五道工序环环相扣,明显一道出了问题,路面寿命都会大打折扣。

The construction of asphalt concrete pavement is not as simple as "laying it on and flattening it". The five processes of mixing, transportation, paving, rolling, and joint treatment are interrelated, and any problem with one of them will greatly reduce the service life of the road surface.

工序一:拌和——温度和时间是“生死线”

Process 1: Mixing - Temperature and time are the "life and death line"

沥青混合料拌和建议严格控制温度和拌和时间。温度过高沥青老化,过低则拌和不均匀、摊铺困难。拌和时间不足,沥青无法均匀裹覆集料;时间过长,沥青氧化老化。施工前需做好技术准备工作,包括配合比验证、设备调试等。

The mixing of asphalt mixture must strictly control the temperature and mixing time. If the temperature is too high, the asphalt will age, and if it is too low, the mixing will be uneven and the paving will be difficult. Insufficient mixing time prevents the asphalt from evenly coating the aggregate; If the time is too long, the asphalt will oxidize and age. Technical preparation work should be done before construction, including mix proportion verification, equipment debugging, etc.

工序二:运输——保温+防离析,缺一不可

Process 2: Transportation - Insulation+Anti segregation, both indispensable

运输车辆需用篷布覆盖保温,防止混合料温度下降。装料时应分多次卸料,减少粗细集料的离析现象。卸料时车辆应缓慢移动,避免混合料在摊铺机前堆积过高造成离析。

Transport vehicles need to be covered with tarpaulins for insulation to prevent the temperature of the mixture from dropping. When loading materials, they should be unloaded multiple times to reduce the segregation of coarse and fine aggregates. When unloading, the vehicle should move slowly to avoid the mixture accumulating too high in front of the paver and causing segregation.

工序三:摊铺——匀速、连续、不停机

Process 3: Paving - uniform, continuous, and non-stop

摊铺机应以稳定的速度匀速前进,避免时快时慢造成路面厚度不均。摊铺应连续进行,尽量减少停机等待。摊铺过程中需随时检查摊铺厚度和平整度,及时调整。

The paver should move at a stable speed and uniform speed to avoid uneven road thickness caused by varying speeds. Paving should be carried out continuously to minimize downtime and waiting. During the paving process, it is necessary to check the paving thickness and flatness at any time and adjust them in a timely manner.

工序四:突出——温度决定压实效果

Process 4: Rolling - Temperature determines the compaction effect

突出是决定路面密实度的关键工序。混合料温度越高越容易压实,温度过低则压实困难且容易产生裂缝。突出应遵循“紧跟、慢压、高频、低幅”的原则,根据混合料类型和厚度选择压路机组合和突出遍数。

Rolling is a key process that determines the compactness of the road surface. The higher the temperature of the mixture, the easier it is to compact, while the lower the temperature, the more difficult it is to compact and prone to cracking. Rolling should follow the principle of "closely following, slow rolling, high frequency, and low amplitude", and select the combination of rollers and the number of rolling passes according to the type and thickness of the mixture.

工序五:接缝处理——纵向横向都要“无缝衔接”

Process 5: Joint treatment - seamless connection in both vertical and horizontal directions

接缝是路面的薄弱环节。纵向接缝应在摊铺时尽量采用热接缝;横向接缝应在施工结束时切割整齐,下次摊铺前预热并涂抹粘层油。

Seam is a weak link in the road surface. Longitudinal joints should use hot joints as much as possible during paving; Horizontal joints should be cut neatly at the end of construction, preheated and coated with adhesive oil before the next paving.

一句话总结: 沥青砼施工五道工序环环相扣——拌和控温、运输保温、摊铺匀速、突出及时、接缝严密。哪一道偷了懒,路面都“记在账上”。
