济南沥青混凝土是如何生产的?特点是什么?

  因此,有研究数据调查显示沥青面层的抗滑性,是由微观构造和宏观构造组成,也是说这种构造来源于混合料的配合比例。

  在中国80年代就开始有修建高速公路,那时的沥青面层的结构,是属于Ⅰ型沥青混凝土,空隙率3%~6%,透水性小、耐久性好,摩擦系数也能到达要求,可是它的构造深度较小,没有达到要求。

  而现代的是Ⅱ型沥青混凝土空隙率6%~10%,表面构造深,抗变形能力较强,但其透水性、耐久性较差,所以现在还在继续对沥青混凝土面层被加以研究。

  多碎石沥青的材料大多数是用碎石形成骨架,用沥青砂胶填充骨架中的孔隙,与骨架胶合后形成一种沥青混合料形式。具体组成比例是:粗集料含量69%~78%,矿粉6%~10%,油石比5%左右。

  且这样的比例,经过多条高速公路的实践证明,多碎石沥青混凝土面层既能提供较深的表面构造,又具有传统Ⅰ型沥青混凝土那样的较小空隙及较小透水性,同时又具有较好的抗形变能力(动稳定度较高)。换言之,“多碎石沥青混凝土既具有传统Ⅰ型沥青混凝土的优点,又具有Ⅱ型沥青混凝土的优点,同时又避免了两种传统沥青混凝土结构形式的不足。”

In other words, "Multi crushed stone asphalt concrete has both the advantages of traditional Type I asphalt concrete and Type II asphalt concrete, while avoiding the shortcomings of the two traditional asphalt concrete structural forms
