Static pressure roller: It is suitable for static pressure rollers due to the gravity of the machinery itself. Various compaction operations cause deformation and compaction of the compacted layer. It is also divided into two categories: steel wheel type and tire type.
There are single steel wheels and double steel wheels used for vibration compaction, but these two types can also be used for static compaction without excitation. Rubber wheel rollers are specifically used for static compaction.

Two common types of rollers
1. Steel wheeled roller
The main technical parameters of steel wheeled rollers are machine weight and line pressure. The weight range of various steel wheeled rollers is approximately 2-13 tons for two wheeled rollers, 1-15 tons for three wheeled rollers, and 1-3 tons for pressurized weights as needed. The weight range for three axle three wheeled rollers is 13-14 tons, and the pressurized weight is 18-19 tons. The single drum vibration roller has now developed from a 22 ton single drum vibration roller to a 26 ton single drum vibration roller, a 33 ton single drum vibration roller, and a 39 ton single drum vibration roller.
2. Tire roller
The grinding wheel adopts pneumatic tires, usually equipped with 3-5 front wheels and 4-6 rear wheels. If the inflation pressure is changed, the grounding pressure of the tire roller can be changed, and the pressure adjustment range is 0.11-1.05 MPa. The tire roller adopts hydraulic, hydraulic, or mechanical transmission systems, with single or full axle drive, and a wide base tire articulated frame structure with three point support. The compaction process has a kneading effect, which ensures that the particles in the compacted layer are not damaged but embedded, and are uniformly dense. Good maneuverability and fast speed (up to 25 kilometers per hour), used for compaction of road, airport and other engineering bedding.
