水稳搅拌站是基层施工的“粮仓”。选错了，要么供不上料全线停工，要么产能浪费白花电费。选型先盯死这5个参数。

The water stable mixing plant is the "granary" for grassroots construction. Wrong choice, either the entire production line will be shut down due to material shortage, or the production capacity will be wasted and the electricity bill will be wasted. Focus on these 5 parameters for selection first.

参数一：生产能力。 主流时产300-800吨。选型按工程高峰用量预留20%余量。高速公路连续施工选固定式（WCZ500及以上）；城乡道路多点施工选移动式（转场2-3天）。

Parameter 1: Production capacity. The mainstream hourly production is 300-800 tons. Reserve a 20% margin for selection based on the peak usage of the project. Continuous construction of highways using fixed type (WCZ500 and above); Mobile construction is preferred for multi-point construction of urban and rural roads (transition takes 2-3 days).

参数二：计量精度。 骨料≤±2%，水泥≤±1%。主流机型配料精度±1.5%以内。精度不够，配合比全乱。

Parameter 2: Measurement accuracy. Aggregate ≤ ± 2%, cement ≤ ± 1%. The ingredient accuracy of mainstream models is within ± 1.5%. The accuracy is insufficient, and the mix proportions are completely chaotic.

参数三：搅拌均匀度。 >95%。采用双卧轴强制连续式搅拌。搅拌时间≥15秒，建议两次拌合。

Parameter 3: Mixing uniformity. >95%. Adopting double horizontal axis forced continuous mixing. Mixing time ≥ 15 seconds, it is recommended to mix twice.

参数四：除尘环保。 粉尘排放≤20mg/Nm?。全封闭结构+脉冲除尘+污水回收已成投标硬指标。运行中设隔离墙、防静电接地。

Parameter 4: Dust removal and environmental protection. Dust emission ≤ 20mg/Nm?. Fully enclosed structure+pulse dust removal+sewage recovery have become the hard indicators for bidding. Install isolation walls and anti-static grounding during operation.

参数五：控制系统。 微机控制+变频调速。支持远程监控、故障自诊断。配料比例由电脑控制，专人监控，严禁随意调整。

Parameter 5: Control system. Microcomputer control+frequency conversion speed regulation. Support remote monitoring and fault self diagnosis. The proportion of ingredients is controlled by a computer and monitored by a dedicated person. It is strictly prohibited to adjust it arbitrarily.
