水稳搅拌站核心从骨料到成品料的完整技术链条
水稳搅拌站,全称水泥稳定碎石混合料拌和站,是专门用于生产水泥稳定碎石基层材料的大型机械设备。它广泛应用于高等级公路、城市道路、铁路、机场等工程的基层稳定土施工,可连续拌和生产二灰砾石、石灰稳定土、工业废渣土等多种级配的成品料。要真正理解这台设备,建议从它的核心构造和工作原理入手。
Water stabilized mixing plant, also known as cement stabilized crushed stone mixing plant, is a large-scale mechanical equipment specifically used for producing cement stabilized crushed stone base materials. It is widely used in the construction of stabilized soil at the grassroots level of high-grade highways, urban roads, railways, airports, and other projects. It can continuously mix and produce various graded finished materials such as lime stabilized soil, lime stabilized soil, and industrial waste soil. To truly understand this device, one must start with its core structure and working principle.

A standard water stable mixing plant mainly consists of components such as batching system, material conveying system, mixing system, powder supply system, water supply system, storage bin, pneumatic system, electrical control system, and operating room. 骨料配料系统是生产的第一道关口。它包含多个料斗,每个料斗下方配备皮带给料机与电子皮带秤。不同规格的骨料——如碎石、石屑等——分别存放在不同料斗中,系统按照预设的配合比,通过电子皮带秤动态、连续地称量和输送各种骨料。骨料计量精度通常控制在±2%以内。这里有一个容易被忽视的细节:骨料仓门开度建议根据骨料粒径大小和用量进行适当调整。如果骨料消耗量大而仓门开度小,计算机会自动指令加大皮带秤转速来满足配合比需要,但这样会导致皮带转速波动过大,严重影响计量稳定性。为此,骨料仓上还应设置防雨棚,防止细集料受潮后不易下料。
The aggregate batching system is the first checkpoint in production. It contains multiple hoppers, each equipped with a belt feeder and electronic belt scale below. Aggregates of different specifications, such as crushed stones and stone chips, are stored in different hoppers. The system dynamically and continuously weighs and transports various aggregates according to the preset mix ratio through an electronic belt scale. The accuracy of aggregate measurement is usually controlled within ± 2%. There is an easily overlooked detail here: the opening of the aggregate bin door must be adjusted appropriately according to the size and amount of aggregate particles. If the consumption of aggregate is high and the opening of the warehouse door is small, the computer will automatically instruct to increase the speed of the belt scale to meet the requirements of the mix proportion. However, this will cause excessive fluctuations in the speed of the belt, seriously affecting the stability of the measurement. For this reason, a rain shelter should also be installed on the aggregate bin to prevent fine aggregates from being damp and difficult to discharge.
粉料供给系统负责水泥、粉煤灰等粉料的输送和计量。粉料通过大口径螺旋给料机从过渡仓中定量输送至计量螺旋秤,实现连续、稳定、准确的供料,有效避免受潮堵塞和起拱现象。水泥的计量精度要求更高,一般可达±1%。水泥粉罐的安装有严格的技术要求——容量100t的水泥罐高度约16.5m,垂直度偏差应≤L/1000(L为罐体高度)。安装就位后建议将支腿与基础预埋钢板焊接牢固,风力较大地区还应设置缆风绳。
The powder supply system is responsible for the transportation and measurement of cement, fly ash, and other powder materials. The powder is quantitatively transported from the transition bin to the measuring spiral scale through a large-diameter spiral feeder, achieving continuous, stable, and accurate feeding, effectively avoiding moisture blockage and arching. The measurement accuracy requirement for cement is higher, generally up to ± 1%. The installation of cement powder tanks has strict technical requirements - the height of a cement tank with a capacity of 100 tons is about 16.5 meters, and the vertical deviation should be ≤ L/1000 (L is the height of the tank body). After installation, the support legs must be firmly welded to the foundation embedded steel plate, and cable wind ropes should also be installed in areas with strong wind.

供水系统通过水泵、调节阀门及流量计,将水按工程所需水量准确输送至搅拌装置内的喷头,以水雾形式均匀喷洒,减少粉尘。
The water supply system accurately delivers water to the nozzles in the mixing device according to the required water volume of the project through water pumps, regulating valves, and flow meters, and evenly sprays it in the form of water mist to reduce dust.
整个系统的“心脏”是搅拌系统,通常采用无衬板双卧轴强制式搅拌主机。搅拌缸有效长度大,内部密布螺旋状耐磨合金桨叶。双马达通过同步齿轮驱动两根搅拌轴反向旋转,使物料在周向、径向、轴向三个方向力的共同作用下,受到剧烈的强制拌合。这种搅拌方式具有拌和均匀、效率高、动力充沛、使用寿命长且免维护衬板的特点。与传统的静力搅拌技术相比,双卧轴强制搅拌的混合均匀度更高、无离析。搅拌缸建议固定牢固,基础预埋件与搅拌缸支腿须焊接牢固,防止生产过程中产生的剧烈抖动将搅拌缸损坏。
The "heart" of the entire system is the mixing system, usually using a non lined double horizontal axis forced mixing host. The effective length of the mixing tank is large, and the interior is densely covered with spiral wear-resistant alloy blades. The dual motors drive two mixing shafts to rotate in reverse through synchronous gears, causing the material to be subjected to intense forced mixing under the combined action of forces in the circumferential, radial, and axial directions. This mixing method has the characteristics of uniform mixing, high efficiency, abundant power, long service life, and maintenance free lining. Compared with traditional static mixing techniques, the mixing uniformity of double horizontal shaft forced mixing is higher and there is no segregation. The mixing tank must be firmly fixed, and the foundation embedded parts and mixing tank legs must be welded firmly to prevent severe shaking during the production process from damaging the mixing tank.
电气控制系统是整个设备的“大脑”,多采用基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)的全自动化、智能化控制系统。系统具备自动/手动切换、智能诊断、智能振动破拱、物料存量实时显示等功能。操作者通过工业计算机进行控制,可存储多达99组配方,支持一键切换不同级配的生产任务。
The electrical control system is the "brain" of the entire equipment, often using fully automated and intelligent control systems based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). The system has functions such as automatic/manual switching, intelligent diagnosis, intelligent vibration arch breaking, and real-time display of material inventory. The operator controls it through an industrial computer, which can store up to 99 sets of formulas and support one click switching between production tasks of different gradations.
连续式工作流程是这样的:骨料经装载机投入各料斗,经皮带给料机按配比计量后,由集料皮带机送入搅拌装置;粉料由螺旋给料机定量计量后同步送入搅拌装置;水通过供水系统以雾状喷入;三者同时在双卧轴强制搅拌机内混合,搅拌完成的成品料经由输送机到尾部的卸料口进行卸料。整条生产线实现连续作业,生产能力可达300-800吨/小时。

此外,水稳搅拌站作为露天设备,避雷装置不可或缺。水泥罐顶端应安装接闪器(避雷针或避雷网),并安装下引线和接地体。控制中心及电器控制柜也要有良好接地装置,接地电阻一般不小于4欧姆,用于消除外界电磁场对计算机信号的干扰。
In addition, as an outdoor equipment, lightning protection devices are indispensable for water stable mixing plants. A lightning arrester (lightning rod or lightning net) should be installed at the top of the cement tank, and a down lead and grounding body should be installed. The control center and electrical control cabinet should also have good grounding devices, with a grounding resistance generally not less than 4 ohms, used to eliminate interference from external electromagnetic fields on computer signals.
