水稳搅拌站(又称稳定土拌和站)是专门用于生产水泥稳定碎石、二灰碎石等路面基层材料的成套设备。它广泛应用于高速公路、高速铁路路基、一级公路、市政道路、机场跑道等工程的基层和底基层混合料生产。其产量能力从300t/h至800t/h不等,能够满足不同规模工程项目的连续供料需求。例如方圆WBZ800-D型,适用于大型路基连续摊铺作业。

At the same time, a two-stage continuous mixing process is adopted to extend the residence time of the material in the mixing tank. Compared with traditional single-stage mixing, the uniformity of the mixture is significantly improved, and the performance of the finished product is more stable. The design of a sunken large aggregate hopper makes loading onto the loader more convenient and improves overall production efficiency.
