沥青混凝土20年长寿命是怎么来的?

沥青混凝土并非简单的“沥青+石子”,而是将级配矿料(碎石、砂、矿粉)与适量沥青材料经热拌热铺而成的复合材料。它是目前世界上修筑高速公路、一级公路和城市主干道非常主要、非常持久的面层结构。凭借其密实、稳定、不透水的特性,沥青混凝土路面构筑起了抵御车轮突出与自然侵蚀的“硬核铠甲”。

Asphalt concrete is not simply "asphalt+gravel", but a composite material made by hot mixing and laying graded mineral materials (gravel, sand, mineral powder) with an appropriate amount of asphalt material. It is the most important and lasting surface structure for building expressways, first-class highway and urban trunk roads in the world. With its dense, stable, and impermeable characteristics, asphalt concrete pavement has built a "hard core armor" to resist wheel compaction and natural erosion.

一、使用范围:适用于重载交通与高等级路面

1、 Scope of use: Suitable for heavy traffic and high-grade road surfaces

沥青混凝土路面的适用范围具有明确的指向性:高速公路及一、二级公路的面层。它能承受十分繁重的车辆交通,使用年限长达15至20年以上。根据矿料粒径不同,它细分为粗粒式(用于中下层)、中粒式(用于中面层)和细粒式(用于表面层或磨耗层)。

透水性小,水稳性好:由于沥青填充了矿料间隙,密级配沥青混凝土的空隙率通常小于5%。这使得路面几乎不透水,有效防止了雨水下渗导致基层软化,大大延长了道路使用寿命。

Low permeability and good water stability: Due to the filling of mineral aggregate gaps with asphalt, the porosity of dense graded asphalt concrete is usually less than 5%. This makes the road almost impermeable, effectively preventing rainwater from infiltrating and softening the base layer, greatly extending the service life of the road.

三、现代施工:智能压实与温度控制

沥青混凝土是“温度敏感型”材料,对摊铺与突出温度要求苛刻。在现代大型工程中,为了应对大跨径桥梁桥面温度散失快的难题(如常泰大桥),施工单位采用智能集群方案:通过温度传感系统密布施工全节点,实时监测沥青混合料温度;利用激光断面仪捕捉毫米级起伏,配合集群算法及时指挥压路机补压,从而确保在非常佳温度区间完成压实,达到设计平整度。

In modern large-scale engineering, in order to cope with the problem of rapid temperature loss on the bridge deck of long-span bridges (such as Changtai Bridge), the construction unit adopts an intelligent cluster solution: through a temperature sensing system, the entire construction node is densely distributed, and the temperature of asphalt mixture is monitored in real time; Using a laser profiler to capture millimeter level undulations, coupled with a cluster algorithm to promptly command the roller to replenish pressure, ensuring compaction is completed within the optimal temperature range and achieving the designed flatness.
