沥青料的质量“生死线”:四组分+红外光谱!

沥青料质量,直接影响路面寿命。2025年8月,交通运输部发布了《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》(JTG 3410-2025),2025年10月1日起施行,原规程同时废止。这次修订是近十年来非常大的一次技术升级。

The quality of asphalt material directly affects the service life of the road surface. In August 2025, the Ministry of Transport issued the "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" (JTG 3410-2025), which will come into effect on October 1, 2025, and the original regulations will be abolished at the same time. This revision is the largest technological upgrade in the past decade.

增补47项、修改50项、删除16项——标准多维度升级

The new version of the regulations consists of 35 chapters, covering asphalt testing and asphalt mixture testing, with a total of 130 test methods. Among them, 47 items were added, 50 items were modified, and 16 items were deleted.

4乳化沥青

沥青试验方面,增补了四组分(TLC/FID法)、红外光谱、聚合物含量(电化学法)、多重应力蠕变恢复(MSCR)、线性应变扫描(LAS)、开裂温度等12项沥青试验。这些新方法让沥青质量评价从“粗放”走向“精细”——红外光谱法可合理识别沥青来源和改性剂掺量,MSCR能评价高温抗车辙性能,LAS则用于疲劳寿命预判。

In terms of asphalt testing, 12 asphalt tests including four components (TLC/FID method), infrared spectroscopy, polymer content (electrochemical method), multiple stress creep recovery (MSCR), linear strain scanning (LAS), and cracking temperature were added. These new methods have shifted the evaluation of asphalt quality from "extensive" to "refined" - infrared spectroscopy can accurately identify the source of asphalt and the amount of modifier added, MSCR can evaluate high-temperature anti rutting performance, and LAS is used for fatigue life prediction.

沥青混合料试验方面,增补了动态模量(劈裂法)、疲劳(劈裂法)、裂纹扩展(半圆弯曲法)、低温性能(半圆弯曲法、TSRST法)、水热敏感性、浸水膨胀等16项试验。这些新增项目直击路面病害核心——高温车辙、低温开裂、水损坏、疲劳开裂,全大多能提前检测预警。

In terms of asphalt mixture testing, 16 tests have been added, including dynamic modulus (splitting method), fatigue (splitting method), crack propagation (semi-circular bending method), low-temperature performance (semi-circular bending method, TSRST method), hydrothermal sensitivity, and immersion expansion. These new projects directly target the core of road surface diseases - high-temperature ruts, low-temperature cracking, water damage, fatigue cracking, all of which can be detected and warned in advance.

施工检测实操要点

Key points for practical operation of construction inspection

70号A级道路石油沥青到场后,施工单位应每天留样封存,SBS改性沥青应每批留样。改性沥青宜采用红外光谱法进行SBS含量测定,确保掺量达标。SBS改性沥青技术指标:针入度40-70(0.1mm)、软化点≥70℃、延度(5℃)≥25cm、弹性恢复≥80%。

After the arrival of petroleum asphalt on Class A Road No. 70, the construction unit should keep samples for storage every day, and SBS modified asphalt should keep samples for each batch. Modified asphalt should be tested for SBS content using infrared spectroscopy to ensure that the dosage meets the standard. Technical indicators of SBS modified asphalt: penetration degree 40-70 (0.1mm), softening point ≥ 70 ℃, ductility (5 ℃) ≥ 25cm, elastic recovery ≥ 80%.
