济南水稳搅拌站:水泥稳定碎石基层施工
1、工艺流程
1. Process flow
施工放样→准备下承层→拌和→运输→摊铺→初压→标高复测→补整→终压→养生
Construction layout → preparation of sub layer → mixing → transportation → paving → initial compaction → elevation re measurement → finishing → final compaction → curing
(1)测量放样
(1) Measurement and layout
按20m一个断面恢复道路中心桩、边桩,并在桩上标出基层的松铺高程和设计高程。
Restore the center and side stakes of the road in sections of 20m, and mark the loose laying elevation and design elevation of the base layer on the stakes.
(2)准备下承层
(2) Prepare the lower layer
下基层施工前,对路基进行清扫,然后用振动压路机碾压三至四遍,如发现土过干、表面松散,适当洒水;如土过湿,发生弹簧现象,采取开窗换填砂砾的办法处理。上基层施工前,对下基层进行清扫,并洒水湿润。
Before the construction of the subgrade, the roadbed should be cleaned and then compacted three to four times with a vibratory roller. If the soil is found to be too dry or the surface is loose, appropriate watering should be applied; If the soil is too wet and spring phenomenon occurs, the method of opening windows and replacing with gravel should be taken to deal with it. (3)拌和
(3) Mixing
稳定料的拌和场设在砂石场,拌和设备采用6台500L的单轴式强制搅拌机和一台基层料集中厂拌机。料场内的砂、石分区堆放,并设有电子自动计量设备和地磅,在每天开始拌和前,按配合比要求对水泥、集料的用量准确调试,告别特别是根据天气变化情况,测定集料的自然含水量,以调整拌和用水量。拌和时确保足够的拌和时间,使稳定料拌和均匀。
The stable material mixing plant is located in the sand and gravel yard, and the mixing equipment includes six 500L single axis forced mixers and one base material centralized plant mixer. The sand and stone in the material yard are stacked in different zones and equipped with electronic automatic measuring equipment and weighing scales. Before starting mixing every day, the amount of cement and aggregate is accurately adjusted according to the mixing ratio requirements. Especially based on weather changes, the natural moisture content of the aggregate is measured to adjust the mixing and water consumption. Ensure sufficient mixing time during mixing to ensure even mixing of stable materials.
(4)运输
(4) Transportation
施工时配备足够的运输车辆,并保持道路畅通,使稳定料尽快运至摊铺现场。炎热天气运输时加彩条布遮盖,防止水份过度蒸发。
During construction, sufficient transportation vehicles should be equipped and the roads should be kept clear to ensure that stable materials are transported to the paving site as quickly as possible. Cover with colored cloth during transportation in hot weather to prevent excessive evaporation of moisture.
(5)摊铺

机动车道基层采用摊铺机施工,非机动车道基层采用人工摊铺。摊铺时严格控制好松铺系数,人工实时对缺料区域进行补整和修边。
The base layer of the motor vehicle lane is constructed using a paver, while the base layer of the non motor vehicle lane is paved manually. Strictly control the loose paving coefficient during paving, and manually adjust and trim the missing material areas in real time.
(6)压实
(6) Compaction
摊铺一小段后(时间不超过3小时),用18T的振动压路机静压两遍、振压一遍后暂时停止碾压,测量人员立即进行高程测量复核,将标高比设计高超过1cm,或低0.5cm的部位立即进行找补,完毕后用压路机进行振动碾压。碾压时由边至中,由低至高,由弱至强、重叠1/3轮宽的原则碾压,在规定的时间内(不超过四小时)碾压到设计压实度,并无明显轮迹时为止。碾压时,严禁压路机在基层上调头或起步时速度过大,碾压时轮胎朝正在摊铺的方向。

Within the specified time (not exceeding four hours), roll until the designed compaction degree is reached and there are no obvious wheel marks. When rolling, it is strictly prohibited for the roller to turn around or start at too high a speed on the base, and the tires should face the direction of the paving during rolling.
(7)养生
(7) Health Preservation
稳定料碾压后四小时内,用经水浸泡透的麻袋严密覆盖进行养护,八小时后再用自来水浇灌养护七天以上,并始终保持麻袋湿润。稳定料终凝之前,严禁用水直接冲刷基层表面,避免表面浮砂损坏。
Within four hours after the stable material is compacted, it should be tightly covered with water soaked burlap bags for curing. After eight hours, it should be watered with tap water for curing for more than seven days, and the burlap bags should be kept moist at all times. Before the final solidification of the stable material, it is strictly prohibited to directly flush the surface of the base layer with water to avoid surface floating sand damage.
(8)试验
(8) Experiment
混合料送至现场半小时内,在监理的监督下,抽取一部分送到业主指定或认可的试验室,进行无侧限抗压强度和水泥剂量试验。压实度试验一般采用灌砂法,在碾压后12小时内进行,避免时间过长基层终凝后增大劳动强度,试验后的洞眼用C10砼进行补平。弯沉试验在施工七天后进行。

(9)伸缩缝
(9) Expansion joint
为防止基层因伸缩开裂而影响路面结构,施工时按每15m设一条横向伸缩缝,做法是:按位置通长断面埋设高为7cm,厚0.5cm的九夹板。路面施工前沿伸缩缝涂一层沥青,再在上铺上无纺土工布,宽度为1m。伸缩缝设置时,必须保证全断面贯通,严禁车道之间错位。
To prevent the pavement structure from being affected by expansion and cracking of the base layer, a transverse expansion joint shall be set every 15m during construction. The method is to embed a 7cm high and 0.5cm thick nine piece clamp plate along the entire section of the position. Apply a layer of asphalt to the expansion joint at the forefront of road construction, and then lay non-woven geotextile on top with a width of 1m. When setting up the expansion joint, it must be ensured that the entire section is connected, and it is strictly prohibited to deviate between lanes.
(10)施工缝

在每段基层施工结束处,安放一条横贯全宽与压实后厚度等高的木方,木方一侧稳定料充满至松铺高度,另一侧用素土回填稳定至木方高度,然后碾压成型,待下段施工段施工前,再移走木方及素土,并按伸缩缝的办法处理。
At the end of each section of base construction, place a wooden block that spans the full width and compacted thickness to the same height. Fill one side of the wooden block with stable material until it reaches the height of the loose paving, and backfill the other side with plain soil to stabilize it until it reaches the height of the wooden block. Then roll it into shape. Before the construction of the next section, remove the wooden block and plain soil, and treat it as an expansion joint.
(11)纵缝
(11) Longitudinal seam
机动车道中心线处的纵缝,在每段施工段施工完毕后12小时内,人工将该侧的基层边坡凿成垂直形状,另幅施工时,接触面上湿润后刷水泥浆。
The longitudinal joint at the centerline of the motor vehicle lane shall be manually chiseled into a vertical shape on the side of the base slope within 12 hours after the completion of each construction section. During the construction of another section, the contact surface shall be moistened and then coated with cement slurry.
2、质量标准
2. Quality standards
(1)机动车道压实度≥98%;7d龄期无侧限抗压强度上层3.5-4Mpa,下层3-3.5Mpa;底基层为2.5 Mpa。
(1) The compaction degree of the motor vehicle lane is ≥ 98%; The upper layer has an unconfined compressive strength of 3.5-4Mpa and the lower layer has an unconfined compressive strength of 3-3.5Mpa at a 7-day age; The base layer is 2.5 Mpa.
(2)非机动车道压实度≥97%;7d龄期无侧限抗压强度达到3.0-3.5 Mpa。

(3)水泥用量一般为3%-5.5%,当达不到强度要求时,水泥的最大剂量不应超过6%,底基层的水泥计量一般为3%。

3、对水泥稳定砂砾(碎石)的材料要求

(1)砂砾(碎石):集料最大粒径不应超过30mm,集料的压碎值不应大于20%,硅酸盐含量不宜超过0.25%。
(1) Gravel (crushed stone): The maximum particle size of aggregate should not exceed 30mm, the crushing value of aggregate should not exceed 20%, and the silicate content should not exceed 0.25%.
(2)水泥:采用普通硅酸盐水泥,矿渣硅酸盐水泥,标号为425#。

4、配合比设计

①水泥稳定砂砾(碎石)混合料的组成设计包括:根据水泥稳定碎石的强度标准,确定必须的水泥剂量和混合料的最佳含水量,在需要改善土的颗粒组成时,还包括掺加料的比例。

②水泥稳定砂砾(碎石)的各项试验,应按JTJ057-94的有关规定进行。

(2)原材料试验
