　　水泥稳定土类材料的配合比设计步骤，应按本规范第7.2.2条的有关规定进行，且应符合下列规定：

　　The mix design steps for cement stabilized soil materials shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 7.2.2 of this specification, and shall comply with the following provisions:

　　1　试配时水泥掺量宜按表7.5.3选取。

　　注：①当强度要求较高时，水泥用量可增加1％。

　　2　当采用厂拌法生产时，水泥掺量应比试验剂量加0.5％，水泥最小掺量粗粒土、中粒土应为3％，细粒土为4％。

　　3　水泥稳定土料材料7d抗压强度：对城市快速路、主干路基层为3～4MPa，对底基层为1.5～2.5MPa；对其他等级道路基层为2.5～3MPa，底基层为1.5～2.0MPa。

　　3　搅拌厂应向现场提供产品合格证及水泥用量、粒料级配、混合料配合比、R7强度标准值。

　　4　水泥稳定土类材料运输时，应采取措施防止水分损失。

　　摊铺应符合下列规定：

　　Paving shall comply with the following regulations:

　　1、　施工前应通过试验确定压实系数。水泥土的压实系数宜为1.53～1.58；水泥稳定砂砾的压实系数宜为1.30～1.35。

　　1. The compaction coefficient should be determined through testing before construction. The compaction coefficient of cement soil should be between 1.53 and 1.58; The compaction coefficient of cement stabilized gravel should be 1.30-1.35.

　　2、　宜采用专用摊铺机械摊铺，采用两台摊铺机并排摊铺时，两台摊铺机的型号及磨损程度宜相同。在施工期间，两台摊铺机 的前后间距宜不大于10m，且两个施工段面纵向应有300～400mm的重叠。。

　　4、　分层摊铺时，应在下层养护7d后，方可摊铺上层材料。

　　5、底基层、基层分层施工时，根据工程需要可采用两层连续摊铺、分层碾压一次成型工艺。

　　6、摊铺前应做好路侧培槽土与中分带侧模的施工，在摊铺过程中宜设立纵向模板。

　　9、 对无法使用机械摊铺的超宽路段，应采用人工同步摊铺、修整，并同时碾压成型。

　　10、摊铺机前宜增设橡胶挡板，橡胶挡板底部距下承层距离宜不大于100mm。中线离析严重时，摊 铺机应安装反向叶片。

　　10. A rubber baffle should be added in front of the paver, and the distance between the bottom of the rubber baffle and the lower bearing layer should not exceed 100mm. When the centerline segregation is severe, the paver should be equipped with reverse blades.

　　11、在摊铺机后面应设专人消除粗细集料离析现象，及时铲除局部粗集料堆积或离析的部位，并用 新拌混合料填补。

　　7.5.7　碾压应符合下列规定：

　　1　应在含水量等于或略大于最佳含水量时进行。碾压找平应符合本规范第7.2.8条的有关规定。

　　2　压实时，遵循初压→复压→终压的程序，达到压实遍数为止。 6.6.4 采用钢轮压路机初压时，宜采用双钢轮压路机稳压2～3遍，再用激振力大于35t的重型振动压路机、18～21t三轮压路机或25t以上的轮胎压路机继续碾压密实，最后采用双钢轮压路机碾压，消除 轮迹。采用胶轮压路机初压时，应采用25t以上的重胶轮压路机稳压1～2遍，错轮不超过1/3的轮迹 带宽度，再采用重型振动压路机碾压密实，最后采用双钢轮压路机碾压，消除轮迹。。

The staggered wheel should not exceed 1/3 of the width of the wheel track, and then a heavy vibratory roller should be used for compaction. Finally, a double drum roller should be used for compaction to eliminate wheel tracks..

　　3　水泥稳定土类材料，宜在水泥初凝时间到达前碾压成活。

　　Cement stabilized soil materials should be compacted and compacted before the initial setting time of cement is reached.

　　4　当使用振动压路机时，应符合环境保护和周围建筑物及地下管线、构筑物的安全要求。

　　5、 碾压过程中，压路机严禁随意停放，应停放在已碾压完成的路段。

　　6、碾压完成后，尽快进行压实度检测，并及时把检测结果反馈给现场施工人员，以便及时对压实 度不足的部位进行补压。
