沥青料如何从稠油蜕变为筑路出彩品?
沥青,这种看似简单的黑褐色混合物,实则是现代交通网络的“血液”。全球约80%以上的沥青被用于高速公路、城市道路及机场跑道的铺筑。然而,并非所有的沥青都是同一种物质。从石油蒸馏残渣到天然矿藏,从普通标号沥青到高粘高弹改性,沥青料通过科技的赋能,已经分化出针对不同工况的“特种部队”。
Asphalt, this seemingly simple black brown mixture, is actually the "blood" of modern transportation networks. More than 80% of the world's asphalt is used for paving highways, urban roads, and airport runways. However, not all asphalt is the same substance. From petroleum distillation residue to natural mineral deposits, from ordinary grade asphalt to high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt, asphalt materials have been empowered by technology to differentiate into "special forces" for different working conditions.
一、使用范围:从底层粘结到表面抗滑

沥青料根据其形态与性能,有着严格的适用范围。道路石油沥青用于热拌混合料的核心黏结;建筑沥青用于防水卷材与防腐涂料。在路用领域,更是细分出了高粘高弹改性沥青(适用于机场跑道、排水路面、桥隧),橡胶沥青(用于应力吸收层、抗疲劳层),以及乳化沥青(用于冷拌冷铺、微表处、透层粘层)。
Asphalt materials have strict applicability based on their morphology and performance. Road petroleum asphalt is used as the core bond for hot mix mixtures; Architectural asphalt is used for waterproofing membranes and anti-corrosion coatings. In the field of road applications, high viscosity and high elasticity modified asphalt (suitable for airport runways, drainage pavements, bridges and tunnels), rubber asphalt (used for stress absorption layers and fatigue resistance layers), and emulsified asphalt (used for cold mix and cold paving, micro surfacing, and permeable adhesive layers) have been further subdivided.

传统沥青路面的痛点在于高温车辙与低温开裂。现代沥青材料通过物理或化学改性,实现了性能飞跃。

SBS改性沥青:通过在基质沥青中加入热塑性弹性体,大幅提升高温稳定性和低温延展性,使其能适应重载交通和温差大的地区,显著提高抗疲劳能力。
SBS modified asphalt: By adding thermoplastic elastomers to the matrix asphalt, it significantly improves high temperature stability and low temperature ductility, making it suitable for heavy traffic and areas with large temperature differences, and significantly enhances fatigue resistance.
橡胶复合改性沥青:利用废旧轮胎橡胶粉改性,不仅解决了黑色污染,其疲劳寿命更是SBS改性沥青的1.23~1.43倍,老化后耐久性衰减较小,是典型的绿色环保高性能材料。
Rubber composite modified asphalt: By using waste tire rubber powder modification, not only does it solve black pollution, but its fatigue life is 1.23-1.43 times that of SBS modified asphalt. After aging, the durability degradation is relatively small, making it a typical green and environmentally friendly high-performance material.
乳化沥青的“冷”革命:传统热沥青施工需加热至150℃以上,能耗高、排放多。高粘改性乳化沥青实现了冷拌冷铺,不仅避免了高温操作,减少了有害气体排放,还能实现快速开放交通,非常适用于市内道路养护及低温季节施工。
The 'cold' revolution of emulsified asphalt: Traditional hot asphalt construction requires heating to above 150 ℃, which is high in energy consumption and emissions. High viscosity modified emulsified asphalt achieves cold mixing and cold paving, which not only avoids high-temperature operations and reduces harmful gas emissions, but also enables rapid opening of traffic, especially suitable for urban road maintenance and construction in low temperature seasons.
