水稳搅拌站选型避开这五个坑,设备多用五年
水稳搅拌站的投资动辄数十万乃至上百万元,选型、安装和维护明显一个环节出问题,轻则影响生产效率,重则造成设备报废。以下五个“坑”是实际工程中非常常见也非常容易被忽视的,避开它们,设备至少多服役五年。
The investment in a water stable mixing plant can range from tens of thousands to millions of yuan. Any problems in the selection, installation, and maintenance process can affect production efficiency or result in equipment scrapping. The following five "pitfalls" are the most common and easily overlooked in practical engineering. To avoid them, the equipment should be in service for at least five more years.
第一个坑:选型只看价格不看工况。 当前主流的水稳搅拌站按结构形式可分为移动式、免基础和固定式三大类。固定式以WCZ系列为代表,产能覆盖300t/h至800t/h,适用于工期长、物料稳定的大中型高速路项目,计量精度可达±0.5%,但需提前浇筑混凝土基础,施工周期约15-20天。移动式则将配料、搅拌、计量系统集成于拖挂底盘,转场无需拆装,适合工期短、场地狭小的项目。免基础式通过优化结构设计省去了混凝土基础施工,大幅缩短了设备落地周期。选型时建议根据工程工期、场地条件和预算综合判断——大型高速路项目用移动式,产能跟不上;城区改造项目用固定式,安装周期太长,两者都不合适。

It is suitable for large and medium-sized highway projects with long construction periods and stable materials, with a measurement accuracy of ± 0.5%. However, concrete foundations need to be poured in advance, and the construction period is about 15-20 days. The mobile version integrates the batching, mixing, and metering systems into the trailer chassis, eliminating the need for disassembly during transfer, making it suitable for projects with short construction periods and limited space. The foundation free design eliminates the need for concrete foundation construction through optimized structural design, significantly shortening the equipment landing cycle. When selecting, it is necessary to make a comprehensive judgment based on the project schedule, site conditions, and budget - large-scale highway projects use mobile vehicles, which cannot keep up with production capacity; The urban renovation project uses a fixed installation method, which has a long installation cycle and is not suitable for either.

第二个坑:计量精度不达标。 计量精度直接决定基层材料的强度合格率。行业标准要求骨料计量精度≤±2%,水泥≤±1%。但实际采购中,部分低价设备称量系统误差大,骨料计量偏差可能超过5%。采购前应要求厂家实测连续生产5小时以上的级配偏差数据。设备到场后,计量称重系统的标定是调试的关键——骨料秤可采用跑流量方式,使用单一品种骨料经连续3次称量,计算机显示3次称量数据之差≤0.5%为合格;水泥秤采用布袋接水泥方法,将实际称量与计算机显示数据进行对比;水流量标定时将水泵供水经水流量秤称量后收集称重,再与计算机数据比对。
The second pit: measurement accuracy does not meet the standard. The measurement accuracy directly determines the strength qualification rate of the base material. Industry standards require an aggregate measurement accuracy of ≤± 2% and a cement measurement accuracy of ≤± 1%. However, in actual procurement, some low-priced equipment have large weighing system errors, and the deviation in aggregate measurement may exceed 5%. Before procurement, the manufacturer should be required to measure the gradation deviation data of continuous production for more than 5 hours. After the equipment arrives at the site, the calibration of the measuring and weighing system is the key to debugging - the aggregate scale can use the running flow method, and a single variety of aggregate can be weighed continuously for 3 times. The computer displays that the difference between the 3 weighing data is ≤ 0.5% to be qualified; The cement scale adopts the method of using cloth bags to connect cement, and compares the actual weighing with the data displayed on the computer; When calibrating the water flow rate, the water supplied by the pump is weighed by a water flow scale, collected and weighed, and then compared with computer data.
第三个坑:安装基础不达标。 水稳搅拌站的安装不是“摆上去就能用”。安装前需按照基础图纸要求进行基础开挖施工,并按图纸浇筑混凝土和埋设预埋件。选择平坦、坚实、排水良好且交通便利的场地。胶带秤是关键的计量装置,其压力传感器等部件在转场过程中容易产生变形或损坏。胶带秤安装前,基础应满足承载强度要求,水平面要平整,以保证受力均匀、计量准确。成品仓若下料净空高度不够,运料自卸车会将成品仓及其附属设备撞坏,应适当抬高基础高度。这些细节如果忽视,设备投产后故障频发是必然的。
The third pit: The installation foundation does not meet the standard. The installation of a water stable mixing plant is not something that can be simply installed and used. Before installation, excavation of the foundation must be carried out according to the requirements of the basic drawings, and concrete should be poured and embedded according to the drawings. Choose a flat, solid, well drained, and easily accessible site. The tape scale is a key measuring device, and its pressure sensors and other components are prone to deformation or damage during the transition process. Before installing the tape scale, the foundation should meet the requirements of bearing strength, and the horizontal surface should be flat to ensure uniform force distribution and accurate measurement. If the clearance height for material unloading in the finished product warehouse is not sufficient, the material transport dump truck may damage the finished product warehouse and its ancillary equipment, and the foundation height should be appropriately raised. If these details are ignored, frequent malfunctions are inevitable after the equipment is put into operation.
第四个坑:日常维护流于形式。 水稳搅拌站工作环境恶劣,维护不到位直接影响设备寿命和设备安全。每班工作结束后,建议将混合料存仓中的物料排放干净,切断总电源;打开搅拌器上盖,检查搅拌臂与叶浆的紧固情况,发现螺母松动立即拧紧。搅拌器的传动齿轮每天开机前应涂抹黄油。各轴承处每天开机前应用黄油枪加注润滑脂5-8下,每工作200小时拆开检查、更换新润滑脂。搅拌器工作条件非常恶劣,当叶浆磨损到面积不足原来的2/3时,建议更换。减速机或电动滚筒发生漏油时,要及时更换密封垫。每星期打开传动链条罩壳加涂润滑脂,每工作300小时清洗链条一次。设备例行保养或维修时,建议切断电控柜总电源、拔掉钥匙并挂出警示牌。这些看似琐碎的维护工作,直接决定了设备能否稳定运行。
The fourth pitfall: Daily maintenance becomes a mere formality. The working environment of the water stable mixing plant is harsh, and inadequate maintenance directly affects the service life and safety of the equipment. After each shift, the materials in the mixed material storage bin must be discharged completely and the main power supply must be cut off; Open the top cover of the mixer and check the fastening of the mixing arm and blade slurry. If the nut is loose, tighten it immediately. The transmission gear of the mixer should be coated with butter before starting up every day. Before starting up each bearing, use a grease gun to add lubricating grease 5-8 times a day. Disassemble and inspect every 200 hours of operation, and replace with new lubricating grease. The working conditions of the mixer are the worst, and when the blade slurry wears down to less than 2/3 of its original area, it must be replaced. When the reducer or electric drum leaks oil, the sealing gasket should be replaced in a timely manner. Open the transmission chain cover and apply lubricating grease every week, and clean the chain every 300 hours of operation. During routine maintenance or repair of equipment, it is necessary to cut off the main power supply of the electrical control cabinet, remove the key, and hang a warning sign. These seemingly trivial maintenance tasks directly determine whether the equipment can operate stably.
第五个坑:忽视环保合规。 当前环保部门对搅拌站的粉尘、噪音、污水排放监管日趋严格。水稳搅拌站运行中需设置隔离墙、防静电接地装置及警示标识,并采取除尘、喷淋等环保措施。全封闭结构、脉冲袋式除尘器、污水回收系统已成为投标硬指标。搅拌机粉尘经布袋除尘器处理后排放。环保不达标不仅面临罚款,还可能被强制停工,造成的损失优于设备本身的价格。
The fifth pitfall: Neglecting environmental compliance. The current environmental protection department is increasingly strict in regulating the dust, noise, and sewage discharge of mixing plants. During the operation of the water stable mixing plant, isolation walls, anti-static grounding devices, and warning signs should be installed, and environmental protection measures such as dust removal and spraying should be taken. Fully enclosed structure, pulse bag filter, and sewage recovery system have become hard indicators for bidding. The dust from the mixer is discharged after being treated by a bag filter. Not meeting environmental standards not only faces fines, but may also result in forced shutdowns, causing losses far exceeding the price of the equipment itself.
非常后,操作规范同样重要。 操作人员建议经过专门培训,熟悉机械原理、性能、结构和维修保养规程。开机前应按“开机警告”按钮示警。停机时整条生产线严禁带料,特殊情况下非人为停车时,要把线内物料清除干净再行启动,严禁满载和超载起动。水稳搅拌站宜在气温较高的季节施工,非常低气温应不低于5℃,严禁雨天施工。
Finally, operational standards are equally important. Operators must undergo specialized training and be familiar with mechanical principles, performance, structure, and maintenance procedures. Before starting up, press the "power on warning" button to alert. The entire production line is strictly prohibited from carrying materials during shutdown. In special circumstances where non-human parking is not required, the materials inside the line must be cleared before starting. It is strictly prohibited to start with full load or overload. Water stable mixing plants should be constructed during seasons with high temperatures, with a minimum temperature of no less than 5 ℃. Construction on rainy days is strictly prohibited.
