If the clearance height for material unloading in the finished product warehouse is not sufficient, the material transport dump truck may damage the finished product warehouse and its ancillary equipment, and the foundation height should be appropriately raised. If these details are ignored, frequent malfunctions are inevitable after the equipment is put into operation.

If the nut is loose, tighten it immediately. The transmission gear of the mixer should be coated with butter before starting up every day. Before starting up each bearing, use a grease gun to add lubricating grease 5-8 times a day. Disassemble and inspect every 200 hours of operation, and replace with new lubricating grease.
