水泥稳定碎石施工把握的关键环节
水泥稳定碎石是以级配碎石作骨料,采用一定数量的胶凝材料和足够的灰浆体积填充骨料的空隙,按嵌挤原理摊铺压实。其压实度接近于密实度,强度主要靠碎石间的嵌挤锁结原理,同时有足够的灰浆体积来填充骨料的空隙。它的初期强度高,并且强度随龄期而增加很快结成板体,因而具有较高的强度,抗渗度和抗冻性较好。水稳水泥用量一般为混合料3%∽7%,7天的无侧限抗压强度可达1.5∽4.0%MPA,较其他路基材料高。水稳成活后遇雨不泥泞,表面坚实,是路面的理想基层材料。

It has high initial strength and its strength increases rapidly with age, forming a plate-like structure. Therefore, it has high strength, good impermeability, and good frost resistance. The amount of water-stabilized cement is generally 3% to 7% of the mixture, and its unconfined compressive strength after 7 days can reach 1.5 to 4.0 MPA, which is higher than other subgrade materials. After water stabilization, it remains solid in the face of rain and is an ideal base material for pavement.
水泥稳定碎石基层要求,原材料的质量控制,原材料是路面工程的物质基础,严把材料质量关是保证工程质量的基础和重要环节。混和料的配合比设计通过对工程实际应用的矿料分别进行筛分试验和测定其相对密度,根据各种矿料的颗粒级配和计算用量比调配出合理的级配曲线。现场试验段的施工根据公路路面基层施工技术规范及国内外实践经验,高等级公路路面基层(底基层)施工前采用计划使用的机械设备和初步确定的混和料的配合比铺筑试验段是不可缺少的步骤。混和料的运输,运输混和料宜采用大吨位(15T以上)的自卸运输车,在卸料和运输过程中要尽量避免中途停车和颠簸,以确保混和料的延迟时间和混和料均不产生离析,此时,还要根据运输距离和天气情况,考虑混和料是否采用苫盖,以防水分过分损失及表层散失过大。

For the transportation of the mixture, it is advisable to use dump trucks with a large tonnage (over 15T). During unloading and transportation, it is necessary to avoid stopping and bumps as much as possible to ensure that the delay time of the mixture and the mixture itself do not undergo segregation. At this time, it is also necessary to consider whether to cover the mixture according to the transportation distance and weather conditions to prevent excessive moisture loss and excessive surface loss.

The maintenance method involves wetting with gunny bags, and the curing period should not be less than 14 days.
