画线切割：根据坑槽实际范围，用粉笔或喷漆标出修补轮廓（每边外扩10-20cm）。使用切割机沿画线进行干切，确保坑槽边缘垂直、轮廓规整。

Line cutting: Mark the repair contour with chalk or spray paint according to the actual range of the groove (expand 10-20cm on each side). Use a cutting machine to perform dry cutting along the drawn line, ensuring that the edges of the groove are vertical and the contour is neat.

破碎清槽：使用风镐或电锤清除槽内松散混合料，直至露出坚实基层。若基层松软，需继续向下挖除。随后用钢丝刷、空压机或高压水枪彻底清除坑底及四壁的浮尘、碎石，并保持坑槽绝对干燥。

Crushing and cleaning the groove: Use a pneumatic pick or electric hammer to remove loose mixture from the groove until a solid base layer is exposed. If the base layer is soft, it needs to be further excavated downwards. Subsequently, use a wire brush, air compressor, or high-pressure water gun to thoroughly remove floating dust and debris from the bottom and walls of the pit, and keep the pit absolutely dry.

涂刷粘层：在坑底和四壁均匀涂刷粘层油（如乳化沥青），以增强新旧材料的粘结力，防止水分从接缝渗入。

Brushing adhesive layer: Apply adhesive layer oil (such as emulsified asphalt) evenly on the bottom and walls of the pit to enhance the bonding strength between new and old materials and prevent moisture from seeping into the joints.

分层填筑：

深度＜5cm：直接填筑沥青混合料。

Depth<5cm: Directly fill with asphalt mixture.

深度5-10cm：必须分层填筑，每层厚度控制在3-5cm。

Depth 5-10cm: It must be filled in layers, with each layer thickness controlled between 3-5cm.

深度＞10cm：需先用水泥稳定碎石等材料补强基层，再分层填筑沥青面层。

Depth>10cm: The base layer needs to be reinforced with materials such as cement stabilized crushed stone first, and then filled with asphalt surface layer in layers.

填筑时，新料应略高于原路面2-5mm，以预留压实沉降量。

When filling, the new material should be slightly 2-5mm higher than the original road surface to reserve compaction settlement.

压实成型：使用振动平板夯或小型压路机进行压实。碾压应遵循“先边缘、后中间”的原则，确保接缝平顺、密实度达标（普通道路≥93%，高速公路≥95%）。

Compaction molding: Use a vibrating plate compactor or a small roller for compaction. Rolling should follow the principle of "edge first, middle later" to ensure smooth joints and meet the standard of compactness (ordinary roads ≥ 93%, highways ≥ 95%).

封边处理：压实完成后，在修补区域与原路面的接缝处涂刷热沥青或密封胶，进行防水封边，防止雨水二次侵入。

Edge sealing treatment: After compaction, apply hot asphalt or sealant to the joint between the repaired area and the original road surface for waterproof edge sealing to prevent rainwater from entering again.
