沥青混凝土施工，温度就是生命线。从拌和到突出结束，温度降一点，质量就差一档。

Temperature is the lifeline of asphalt concrete construction. From mixing to rolling, if the temperature drops a little, the quality will be one level worse.

拌和温度。 沥青加热160-170℃，矿料175-190℃，混合料出厂155-170℃。温度不够拌不匀，温度过高沥青老化。

Mixing temperature. Asphalt is heated at 160-170 ℃, mineral aggregate is heated at 175-190 ℃, and the mixture leaves the factory at 155-170 ℃. Insufficient temperature results in uneven mixing, while excessive temperature leads to asphalt aging.

运输保温。 运输全程覆盖保温，减少温度离析。到现场温度低于摊铺要求直接退货。

Transportation insulation. Cover the entire transportation process with insulation to reduce temperature segregation. Return directly if the on-site temperature is lower than the paving requirements.

摊铺温度。 普通沥青混合料摊铺不低于135-150℃。摊铺机匀速行驶，不能忽快忽慢。

Spread temperature. The paving temperature of ordinary asphalt mixture shall not be lower than 135-150 ℃. The paver travels at a constant speed and cannot move too fast or too slow.

突出温度是非常后的“生死线”。 初压（摊铺后立即进行）130-140℃，用双钢轮压路机静压2遍。复压不低于110℃。终压不低于70℃——压路机严禁在高于70℃的面上长时间停留。环境温度低于5℃不得施工。

The crushing temperature is the final 'life and death line'. Initial compaction (immediately after paving) at 130-140 ℃, using a double drum roller to statically press twice. The re pressure shall not be lower than 110 ℃. The final pressure shall not be lower than 70 ℃ - the roller is strictly prohibited from staying on surfaces above 70 ℃ for a long time. Construction is not allowed when the ambient temperature is below 5 ℃.

压实度怎么控？ 初压后检查平整度。突出从外侧向内侧，弯道从低处向高处。温度偏高沥青会粘轮胎；温度偏低压不实。AC-13C、AC-20C路面空隙率均<6%。

How to control the compaction degree? Check the flatness after initial pressing. Crush from the outside to the inside, and bend from the low to the high. Asphalt will stick to tires when the temperature is too high; Low temperature and insufficient pressure. The void ratio of AC-13C and AC-20C road surfaces is both less than 6%.
